How It Works:
Text, Call, Or Email us to schedule service, or just drop by the shop during business hours to leave it with us for a thorough diagnosis. We'll make note of any special concerns you may have and examine the patient from head to toe, usually within 1-2 days. After that, we'll contact you in the manner of your choosing to discuss our recommendations. Once the work is approved, many repairs end up with a 3-5 day turnaround!

We've been working in the trenches next to UT campus for almost 20 years helping students and heavy commuters keep their bikes running smooth and efficiently. Ask anybody around campus where they take their bike to and they'll all say Clown Dog. That's because we genuinely care about you and your bike, whether you're riding a Huffy or a full carbon road bike. We're not afraid to get our hands dirty on your campus beater or uncommon project so rest assured that we'll love it when you bring us your tired, worn out, dirty, misbehaving bike. Tune-Up Package Options
For the most comprehensive service and the best value, we recommend choosing one of our complete tune-up packages. We also offer a la carte bike repairs if you're in need of a minor fix or adjustment. We strive to complete your bike service quickly and accurately. Deluxe Tune Up
$90
Our Full Tune Ups are 25% cheaper than the big chain stores up the street and we put a lot more love into them. All of our Full Tune Ups include the following:
-Precision wheel truing and hub adjustments
-Brake adjustments and lubrication
-Shifter and derailleur adjustments and lubrication
-Adjust major bearings such as headset and bottom bracket
-Lubing cables, housing and drivetrain
-Tighten all components and accessories to torque specs
-Bike wash and clean (extra dirty bikes may require additional labor charges)
-Inflating tires to recommended pressure
-1/2 off labor for most parts installation
Basic Tune Up
$70
Our Quick Tune Ups are great for cheaper bikes and bikes that are in fairly decent shape and just need to be tightened up and dialed in. Not as much wheel work and cleaning involved.
-Shifter and derailleur adjustment
-Lubing cables and housing and drivetrain
-Tighten all components and accessories to torque spec/safety check
-Spot wheel truing with the wheels on the bike
-Frame wipe down
-Inflate tires to recommended pressure
Single Speed Tune Up
$60
Our Single Speed Tune Ups are for BMX bikes, cruisers, fixies, and all single speeds. Includes:
-Precision wheel truing and hub adjustments
-Brake adjustments and lubrication
-Adjust major bearings such as headset and bottom bracket
-Lubing cables and housing and drivetrain
-Tighten all components and accessories
-Bike wash and clean
-Inflate tires to recommended pressure
- Flat Tire Repair $10.50 -
Many hub motor driven e-bikes will incur an extra fee, labor costs typically falling in the $20-30 range.
